Pandagoo: what the agent offered, what the saved copy leaves out, and its status by date

A buying agent for Chinese marketplaces whose site worked for about two weeks in March 2026. Here is what can be checked, what cannot, and every status observation with its date.

Pandagoo in plain terms

Pandagoo is a cross-border buying service of the kind usually called a shopping agent: you show it a product on a Chinese marketplace, it acts on your behalf to buy the item with its own local account, has the goods delivered to its own warehouse on the mainland, takes pictures of them, and posts them to you in a parcel. Its saved home page described itself in search keywords as an agent for Goofish (the second-hand marketplace better known as Xianyu), 1688, Weidian and Taobao.

The service had a short public life. Working pages were saved between March 8 and March 22, 2026. Its interface text survives because the whole program, with English, French, Italian, Spanish, Turkish and Japanese text built in, was saved as one file on March 8. Everything this site says about how Pandagoo worked comes from that file and is labelled with that date.

Status checks, dated

Status check on October 24, 2026: pandagoo.com forwarded to www.pandagoo.com, and that address and its sign-in page returned a Cloudflare 522 error (the server behind Cloudflare did not answer). We have not seen the site load since late March 2026. This line reports what we observed; it is not a statement about why.

Dated observations of pandagoo.com
DateWhat we or the saved copies show
December 2021, March 2022A domain sale page offering pandagoo.com.
July 13, 2025The address redirects to the same domain sale listing.
February 25, 2026The sale page's style file is still being served.
March 8 to March 22, 2026Working agent pages saved; error pages start appearing from March 15.
March 23 to April 11, 2026Every saved copy is an error page.
October 21, 2026Cloudflare 522 on the site, its sign-in and its subdomains, in a check run for a sister project.
October 24, 2026Our check: the bare address forwards to www.pandagoo.com, which returns Cloudflare 522 after about twenty seconds, as does /auth.

A 522 means Cloudflare is still in front of the name but the server behind it does not respond. The domain itself is still registered and still points at Cloudflare. That is all the error tells us. It does not say whether the business stopped, moved or is being rebuilt, and we have not found an announcement that does.

Check log drawn as a strip of dated results: sale page, sale redirect, working pages, error pages, and two 522 results in October 2026
Each mark is a dated observation, either a saved copy or a direct check. The gap from April to October has no saved copies at all.

What the saved copy says Pandagoo offered

  • No purchasing commission on goods bought in China, written as a promise on the service page.
  • Free inspection on arrival: each item photographed five times as standard, each outgoing parcel three times, more shots at no charge.
  • Return and exchange with no handling fee for the domestic part, inside China.
  • 300 days of free storage after goods reached the warehouse.
  • A payment formula with a fixed handling fee in US dollars and a percentage fee, applied to goods and to parcels.
  • Package tracking until delivery, and an online support desk described as open around the clock.
  • A referral program with tiers at 5% and 6%, paid some weeks after a referred parcel left the warehouse.
  • Bank transfers accepted in foreign currency only, with a receiving bank charge of HKD 65 per transfer passed on to the user.

Each of these is a statement on the site, not something we could test. The site was gone before this one was built.

What the saved copy never states

The gaps matter as much as the claims, because they are the things you would need in an outage.

  • Who ran it. The saved text is a white-label template: where a brand name should appear, it reads "platform". The company name and the complaint address in it are template text too, so we do not treat them as Pandagoo's operator or as a working contact.
  • The fee values. The formula survives; the fixed amount and the percentage were filled in by the server and are lost.
  • Shipping routes and prices. These came from the server and were never saved.
  • Help pages. Titles such as Beginner's Guide, Service & Fees and Insurance and Compensation exist as menu labels; their pages were never captured.
  • An official social account. No link to one appears anywhere in the saved text.

Before trusting any agent with money, check whether these five things are visible on its site. We return to that test on the picking page.

Pandagoo's March appeal, and why it no longer holds

Why choose Pandagoo, back in March? On paper the offer was generous: no purchasing commission, free photos, nearly ten months of free storage and support for four marketplaces including Xianyu, which not every agent handles. For a buyer collecting items slowly to ship in one box, that combination reads well.

Today the case is simple. The site does not load, so there is nothing to sign up to, and this site carries no sign-up link. If you are choosing an agent now, choose one whose site works, whose fee values are printed and not only its formula, and whose operator you can name. The other agents page describes the kinds of service on offer and how buyers move an existing order across.

Announcements, coupons and other buyers' reports

Official announcements. The saved site had an announcements menu entry, but no announcement text was captured, and we found no closing or moving notice anywhere. The only promotional items in the saved text are a shipping coupon pack offered for confirming an email address, a spend-and-save coupon format with its amounts left blank, and the referral tiers above.

What buyers report. We looked for official channels and found none we could confirm. Three YouTube channels carry the Pandagoo name; none links to the site and none posts agent content we could tie to it, so we do not treat them as official. Discord appears in the saved code only as a sign-in option, not as a server invitation. Several "finds" pages still use the Pandagoo name; they are not run by the agent and we do not use them as sources. If you see claims about Pandagoo's future in community threads, ask for a date and a source; we have seen neither.

Checked for an official link back to the agent. None of the outside channels had one.
